Classic apple pie flavors baked into a cheesecake. Slightly tart apples combined with cinnamon and creamy cheesecake. Possibly the best looking and tasting cheesecake you’ll ever try.

I get quite excited from sharing most of my recipes with you guys. Whenever I share a recipe, it’s because I liked eating it. Once in a while I also develop recipes that make me crazy ECSTATIC. This is one of them. Apple.Pie.Cheesecake. I know what you’re thinking: AWESOMEBALLS(!!). Okay, maybe that’s what I was thinking… But once you try this, I just know you’ll think it too. Awesomeballs. That’s pretty much what sums up this cake. Apple pie combined with cheesecake. Seriously guys, life doesn’t get better than this. It’s heaven on your taste buds. So, have I transferred my ecstatic-ness (That’s not a word My Linh. I know. 😛 ) onto you yet? No? Then let me share some more details and eycandy (aka: VIDEO time!).

Blueberry Spice Baked Oats

Forget your standard morning oatmeal and head right over to the baked side. These blueberry spice baked oats are easy to make and taste like (a healthy) dessert for breakfast.

Sorry guys, I’m not over my blueberry addiction yet. They’re just too freaking delicious. I combined my addiction with a healthy recipe for a change though. In addition, it’s a recipe for two people! Recipes for two are perfect for my household. No waste but still super delicious. Today’s baked oats are full of blueberries and so fragrant from the spices. I love spices. And did I tell you this recipe is glutenfree, lactosefree, nutfree ánd free of refined sugar. I wasn’t even aiming for that, but I take no (healthy) bonuses for granted. Total damage? 171 kcal. Best.breakfast.ever. You’re welcome 😉

EASY Vegetarian Stuffed Tomatoes

Healthy stuffed tomatoes with a filling of zucchini and chickpeas, and a cheesy breadcrumb topping. Great way to get your daily dose of vitamins. Must-try for tomato-lovers. Ready in 30 minutes!

Happy New Year, guys!! Hope you had a good and safe one 😉 I had dinner with my family first and then spend the rest of the evening at home with my bf. I prefer my new year’s eve less hectic than most people. We enjoyed drinks, food and a great view of fireworks. Just the way I like it. How about you?

Anyway, I’m kicking off 2016 with a healthy vegetarian recipe. Yup, VEGETARIAN! Although I love my veggies, I rarely make a complete vegetarian dish. I have just a few vegetarian recipes of which these perfect spinach omelette wraps are most popular. I mean, healthy? Yes! I’m all in. Like this awesome Moroccan Quinoa Salad. But even that recipe has a bit of chicken in it. I love my meats. Today’s dish is awesome too though. (If I may say so myself.) Especially if you love tomatoes. These stuffed tomatoes are packed with flavor and covered in a delicious cheesy breadcrumb topping. And don’t worry, it’s ready in 30 minutes.

What healthy recipe are you making this week?

BAKED Thick Sweet Chili Fries

Crispy fries baked in the oven and royally flavored with a sweet chili mixture. Perfect to have on the side or to devour as an amazing cheat snack.

I’m not going to lie to you. I work out 3/4 days a week and I need it. Seriously. I’ve never been the girl that stays stick thin even if she eats like a pig. Well, when I was little I was stick thin, but that was because I didn’t eat anything ^^” But when i eat like a pig, I become a pig. Kudos if you’re different and “I feel your pain” if you’re anything like me. That being said, I love working out. Especially because working out means I get to eat more food. It’s probably my main motivation; food. Like today’s thick BAKED (I never fry food because of the forever greasy smell) SWEET CHILI fries. That’s right. Sweet chili. We’re going there. Not just ordinary fries, but CRISPY fries covered in a delicious mix of herbs and spices. You have to try this. Asap.

P.S: Try the sweet chili mix on potato chips too!

What are your favorite kind of fries?

Almond & Coffee Marbled Tube Cake

Buttery almond tube cake swirled with rich coffee cake. This cake is super moist and so easy to make. Top it of with thin almond flakes and mocha beans, and you’re good to go! Definite crowd pleaser.

As I mentioned last time, I’ll be posting about 1 time a week for a little while. Life’s too hectic and I noticed I had to take a step back in order to keep me from a burnout (again). ^^” Additionally, my friend’s getting married soon and friday’s her Turkish bachelorette party. I’m kinda nervous as I’ve never been to one before. No idea what it’s like. Also, I’m not that good with crows in general, but we all know that already, right? Hehehe… However, although it’s scary, it doesn’t mean I shouldn’t do it. Difficult, scary things are usually the things we can learn a lot from. Therefor, I’m going head first and try to experience it without a lot of thinking 🙂 (wish-me-luck) Read more
