What’s up, guys? What have you been up to lately? Submerged in the holiday spirit, yet? I think my holiday spirit will grow today, as I’ve mostly been working (yes, pharmacists don’t have Christmas breaks). In between I’ve been racking my brain on the perfect Christmas presents for everyone. After weeks of brain torture, I think I finally have a present for everyone. All there’s left is to buy them. That’s right, I still need to buy all my presents. Horrible, right? Today is the day though. Talking about last-minute, huh? ^^” In between working, blogging and going to the gym I just haven’t been able to go for my annual Christmas shopping spree. Funny thing is, Christmas shopping reflects 2015 for me. This year everything’s been a bit less organized and a whole lot more scattered. It’s okay though. I kind of learned to live with it this year. Life’s never perfect and that’s completely fine. Some things are meant to “let go”.

However, we all know some chocoholics who like their chocolate somewhat milder and sweeter. And so I’m sharing a mocca bark today. A combination of dark and white chocolate topped with mocca beans and delicious crunchy hazelnuts. My taste testers loved this version the most. And I’m sure you will love it too. It’s creamy, sweet, full of flavor and so delicious.
