My blog is a place I share my thoughts and adventures. Every now and then I share a Mindful Monday with you guys. I try to keep my posts as positive or inspirational as possible. However, my thoughts are not always positive and inspirational. Honestly, it’s not always rainbows and butterflies. And I know there are more people like me out there. So for those of you who are like me, here are four things to tell (and repeat to) yourself when you’re feeling down/depressed.
1. I’ve been here before. I overcame it then, i’ll do it again. I’ve come a long way.
2. I won’t let my mind decide how I feel. I won’t give in.
3. I am strong enough.
4. I’m going to do something, anything. Now. I’ll keep going.
