Ingredients for the bulgogi
  1. 300-350 g beef tenderloin, cut into thin slices
  2. 45 mL soy sauce
  3. 3 Tbsp finely chopped spring onions
  4. 3 cloves garlic, grated
  5. 1½ Tbsp sugar
  6. ¾ Tbsp sesame oil
  7. 1-2 tsp dried chili flakes
Ingredients for the tacos
  1. 12 soft tacos, prepared according to packaging
  2. 100 g lettuce
  3. 24 pcs pickled cucumbers
  4. Gochujang sauce, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix the meat with the rest of the bulgogi ingredients. Cover and let the beef marinate at least 1 hour in the fridge, preferably overnight.
  2. Cook the beef in a large non-stick (grill) pan on medium-high heat*. Each side should take about 30s-1m depending on the thickness of the slices.
  3. Transfer cooked meat from the pan to a bowl. Set aside.
  4. Assemble the tacos by filling the prepared tacos with lettuce, meat and pickled cucumbers. Finish the tacos with as much or little gochujang sauce as you'd like. Serve immediately.
Notes
  1. *add some oil for cooking if your pan isn't non-stick
