Ingredients
  1. 5 Oreo's
  2. 15 g unsalted butter, melted
  3. 70 g cream cheese, softened
  4. 70 mL whipping cream, cold
  5. 1 Tbsp confectioner's sugar
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 200 g chocolate*, melted and slightly cooled**
Instructions
  1. In a zip-loc bag, smash the Oreo cookies.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press ½-1 tsp of the Oreo mixture into each cup of a silicone mini-cupcake pan. Freeze the cookies 5-10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract until thick and fluffy. This should take about 5 minutes.
  5. Take the mini-cupcake pan from the freezer and fill the rest of the moulds with the cream cheese mixture. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the cheesecake bites from the pan and cover each piece in melted chocolate.
  7. Place the bites on a (silicone) baking sheet to let the chocolate set. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
Notes
  1. *dark, milk and white chocolate can be used. I prefer dark and milk chocolate, because the cream cheese is already very rich and creamy.
  2. **you can use tempered chocolate if you want a snappy bite to the chocolate.

  1. Oh no I shouldn’t but these really look so good! Love for Oreo’s! Handy and cute video, those whipping cream mad spatters 😛 Could you transport these and storage for a couple of hours without them falling apart?

    1. Hahah thank you! Same love for Oreo’s over here 😉 You can definitely transport these outside the fridge for a couple of hours. Just make sure you temper the chocolate if you want the chocolate to stay snappy.

    1. Thank you so much, Heather! I don’t know How to cook that. I assume it’s a youtube channel? I’m going to check it out 😀 and you’re right: oreos, chocolate, cream cheese –> perfection <3
